Q: Is this site secure?
A: Absolutely. All payments are run via Paypal so we never see your credit card information.
Q: Will you sell my information?
A: Absolutely not.
Q: How fast do you ship?
A: Usually within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner but never later.
Q: How are your measurements taken?
A: Clothing is measured laid flat, bust is from underarm to underarm, back is shoulder seam to shoulder seam, arm length is shoulder seam to wrist and length is from shoulder seam to bottom of item. If your curious of another measurement we may have forgotten, shoot us an email and we’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Q: Do you hold items?
A: Unfortunately we cannot.
Q: Do you have layaway?
A: Yes. but only for items over $100.00. If layaway is for you, please email info@firstclassconsignment.com to start the process.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns must be made within seven (7) days in the same condition as received and an RA number must be obtained by First Class Consignment before shipping items back. A $15.00 re-stocking fee will be accessed for each item returned and will be subtracted from your refund.
Q: Do you purchase items from people?
A: Yes, but at the moment we are most interested in handbags. For more information, email us info@firstclassconsignment.com!
Q: Do you authenticate handbags?
A. Yes we do. You can send an email to info@firstclassconsignment.com with either the link to the online auction or detailed pictures of the bag you are interested in.
Q: Do you have a retail location?
A: Not at this time.
