First Class Consignment accepts E-Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express exclusively through Paypal. Your purchase is always secure and you do not need an account to use Paypal. When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to Paypal’s website to complete your transaction. There is never a fee and your personal information is always private and 100% secure.
California Sales Tax
Sales tax of 9.25% will be added to all items shipped within the great state of California. Please note that there is no sales tax for items shipped outside of California.
100% Customer Satisfaction
First Class Consignment offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased on the First Class Consignment website. We try and do our best to photograph and describe all of our merchandise to the best of our ability but we know it can be difficult to purchase designer bags, clothing, shoes and accessories without the benefit of trying them on, seeing the colors and feeling the fabrics. The following procedures for returns must be followed to receive your refund.
- All items returned must be returned in the original shipping box and in the original condition as when we shipped the items to you.
- All items returned must have the original First Class Consignment tag on it.
- All items must be accompanied with an Return Authorization number obtained from First Class Consignment.
- All items returned must be shipped back to First Class Consignment within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
- There will be a $15 restocking fee per item for all returned orders and this will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping is always just $7.00 for USPS Priority Mail !
Authenticity Guarantee
Authenticity is always 100% guaranteed. We go above and beyond authenticating all items before they are listed for sale on the First Class Consignment website. If we have a question in regards to the authenticity of an item, we will request documentation to prove that the item is authentic. If no documentation is available, we pass on the item.
Disclaimer
We exclusively sell brand new to gently used authentic designer goods at prices up to 80% off retail prices, and while we scour over each item to make sure they are in pristine condition, any flaws that are found will be noted in the items description.
